There has been a lot of hype about different ways to document the everyday. A lot of people are doing Project 365 or a photo a day. As much as I wanted to challenge myself to do that, I know realistically that was probably more than I could accomplish. Plus, I would then have to actually get all of those photos and journaling into some kind of an album, and well, then I just started to panic and realized that process wasn't for me!
Then Davinie issued a challenge on the SC Blog to create a monthly layout for January. One layout showing what we did in January. That I can do.
I came across a class at Two Peas by Robyn Werlich that focuses on this same idea. You can find the link to the class here. Considering Robyn has an amazing style, it was a perfect fit!
Here's my page for January. I followed Robyn's example pretty closely and am really happy with how it came out!
I love the grid-style to this page! It was a lot of fun to work on each little square and see the whole page come together. It's a great way to include even not-so-great photo since they are cropped down.
The February class will be posted on the 20th and I'm excited to see what she has in store for us this month!
That LO is gorgeous!! I must go check that class out!

Thanks for posting an amazing layout. I am soooo copying this and checking out the links. This year/scrapping for me has been a struggle. But honestly, your layout is just the eyecandy that I needed :)

i do like this idea. the december daily thing was certainly not for me, nor is the photo a day.
